Your specifications, plans, takeoffs, and pricing belong to you. We never sell your data, and we don’t share it with third parties for their own use.
Never used to train AI
We do not use your documents or project data to train AI models. Your competitive information never becomes part of a shared model.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
All traffic is served over TLS (HTTPS), and data is encrypted at rest by our managed cloud infrastructure.
Least-privilege access
Access to customer data is limited to authorized personnel who need it to operate and support the product.

PreCal-IQ runs on established cloud platforms (application hosting on Vercel, managed databases) rather than self-managed servers.
NDA & deletion on request
We’re happy to sign your NDA before a demo or trial, and we’ll delete your data on request when you stop using PreCal-IQ.

Single sign-on
Continue with Google or Microsoft. A whole team lands in the right workspace automatically, and your identity provider’s MFA carries through.
Two-factor authentication
Opt-in TOTP with any authenticator app, plus single-use recovery codes — a second factor on top of password sign-in whenever you want it.
Encrypted integration credentials
Tokens for QuickBooks, Procore, and your cloud storage are AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest — never stored in the clear — and purged the moment you disconnect.
Roles & audit trail
Admin, editor, and viewer roles scoped per organization, with an append-only log of every integration call so you can see exactly what happened and when.
