PreCal-IQ uses AI to read specs, generate takeoffs, and analyze vendor quotes. Each operation consumes credits based on document size and complexity. Monthly credits reset each billing cycle; purchased credit packs never expire.

How billing works
- Billing
- Monthly or annual. Annual billing saves ~17% (two months free).
- Payment
- All major credit cards via Stripe. ACH and wire available for Business and Enterprise.
- Free trial
- Available on request — a Professional-tier trial so you can evaluate the platform on your own projects. Request one before subscribing.
- Cancellation
- Cancel any time. Service continues through the end of the current billing period.
- Plan changes
- Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
